Modes Of Payment
We only accept one mode of Payment: PayPal. Please note that this payment mode allows you to use your credit/debit cards to settle payments. You do not need a PayPal account to complete payment.
We do not accept ATM or Bank transfers. Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
All payments are to be made within the stipulated timeframe of 24 hours upon receiving our invoice once an order has been submitted to us. Any payment not made within the 24-hour timeframe may be automatically cancelled and you will receive an email from us informing you of the cancellation. If you would still like to purchase from us, you would have to submit a new order to us.
Any customers who are unable to make payment within the 24-hour timeframe and would like to request for an extension must make their request to us by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once payment is made, customers will receive a payment receipt via email. Do note that delivery time will take 3 - 5 working days once payment has been confirmed.
Modes Of Delivery
Currently, we only ship locally within Singapore. However, we may ship internationally upon special requests to be made to email@example.com.
For local delivery, all orders will be mailed via SingPost. Customers may opt for either Normal/Regular Mail or Registered Mail or Self-Collection at our business address.
All customers are encouraged to opt for Registered Mail. Registered mails are charged at an additional amount of S$6 per order, regardless of the number of items and weight of order.
A tracking number will be provided to customers within 24 hours after we dispatch the order(s).
Normal mails are charged at an additional amount of S$3 per order, regardless of the number of items and weight of order.
No tracking number will be provided for customers who opt for Normal Mail. By opting for Normal Mail, customers agree to take the risk of having their mails misplaced by the delivery service providers. My Pocket Gadget will not be held responsible or liable for any lost mails sent by normal mail.
Self-Collection is currently offered. Customers can opt to collect their order(s) at our business address during our office hours
(please refer to Contact Us).
No postage fee is charged for customers who opt for Self-Collection.
Customers must collect their order(s) within 2 weeks after payment is made. Orders that are not collected within said 2 weeks will be deemed as My Pocket Gadget's property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient time has been given.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore). Price of postage includes handling fees.
Once orders are dispatched to our delivery service provider, delivery time is estimated to be 3 to 5 working days.
Cancellation & Modification
No cancellation or modification of order(s) will be entertained once payment has been made. To cancel or modify an order before you make payment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
